Holiday rates
An additional $10 service charge applies on the following major holidays. Veterans receive a discounted rate on Veterans Day.

Cancellation policy
Cancellations may be made up to 24 hours in advance of your scheduled service, and any pre-payment will be reimbursed to your account. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before a scheduled service are charged at 100% of the service fee.
If you cancel any part of a scheduled reservation — for example, ending a reservation early — you are responsible for the entire initial reservation fee. No refunds or credits will be issued.
